Personal coaching: how to increase motivation

What if we simply dedicated ourselves to setting goals and challenges and making plans to achieve them? Or better in the words of Seneca: We do not dare to undertake many things not because they are difficult in themselves, Personal coaching but they are difficult because we do not dare to undertake them.

 When someone advises us

For example, on how to pass job interviews. Invest without risk in stamps or investment funds in the USA.
