How to Deregister Your Phone Number from Apple ID

When you no longer want your phone number associat with your Apple ID, it’s important to deregister it to ensure that it’s no longer link to your account. By following the steps outlin in this guide, you can easily deregister your phone number from your Apple ID and maintain control over your personal information.

Step 1: Access your Apple ID Account Settings

Start by opening the “Settings” app on your Apple device. Scroll down Iraq Phone Number Data and tap on your name or Apple ID banner at the top of the screen. From there, select “Password & Security” and authenticate your identity if prompted.

Step 2: Manage Your Trust Phone Numbers

In the “Password & Security” section, tap on “Edit” next to the “Trust Phone Numbers” option. You may be ask to provide your Apple ID password or use Touch ID/Face ID to proceed.

Step 3: Remove the Phone Number

Locate the phone number you wish to deregister and tap on BRB Directory the minus (“-“) button next to it. Confirm your selection when prompted. This will remove the phone number from your Apple ID and disconnect it from your account.

Step 4: Verify Deregistration

After removing the phone number, Apple will send a verification code to your updat trust phone number or other trust device. Enter the verification code to complete the deregistration process.
